I believe that everyone carries a puzzle within them and they also hold the answers to the puzzle.
Think of it looking like a Rubik's cube.
Sometimes it can get a little jumbled through life events like relationship breakdown, stress and loss.
It’s my job as a therapist to help you make sense of that square and what it means to you.

Think of it looking like a Rubik's cube.
Sometimes it can get a little jumbled through life events like relationship breakdown, stress and loss.
It’s my job as a therapist to help you make sense of that square and what it means to you.
Through the work of therapy, you make small changes and the pieces move and fall into place.
It is not about completing the whole puzzle - putting in some of the pieces could be enough for you to feel positive change.

I know how hard life can be when living with chronic pain. The pain impacts more than just your body and can feel like loss.
As someone who lives with psoriasis and rosacea (and also cystic acne as a teenager), I understand how that can undermine your self esteem and can work with you to build that up again.
Prior to becoming a Therapist, I spent 20+ years working as a Journalist. Working in Broadcast Media can bring acute stresses and work anxiety and I can offer an understanding space to Journalists and Technical staff to work through those issues.
